Why is learning code important?

• Computers are everywhere in businesses and industries from manufacturing to agriculture.
• We all depend on technology to do things such as communicate, to bank and exchange information.
• Jobs that require the skill of coding are in high demand.
• Its the closest thing to super powers.
• Computer technology helps people.

The computer I currently have is an Acer v3-731. I love the computer I currently have because its very fast. It has a pretty big screen, 17.3-inch to be  exact. Its also very thin and has a full keyboard with numbers both on the top and right side of the keyboard. In addition it has Dolby Home Theater which I being the movie fanatic I am, love. Lastly it also has Windows 7 which is currently my favorite operating system and a battery life of 4 hours which  is pretty good in my opinion. 

WHY CODE?

I want to learn to code for various reasons. To start off I want to learn to code because in my opinion its a very useful tool to have in the technological world we live in. I would also like to learn to code because in the near future I would like to be able to create my on websites. In addition I'm strongly considering possibly becoming a web designer and I've heard from many sources that the best web designers are those who know how to code and understand the language of HTML/CSS.
       
             

       

The first thing I remember doing on a computer was playing a Dora The Explorer game my dad put on for me when I was about 8 years old called called 3D Pyramid Adventure. I remember loving the game but at the same time finding it somewhat difficult.
